WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT FROM OTHER SLUSHY MACHINES?

We take out the hard work so you can relax and enjoy your event. Our basic set up includes a hand crafted Hampton's style bar with umbrella, premium cocktails, complete with cocktail rims, garnishes, plastic cups, straws and syrups. We can also provide premium bar service for your guests, balloon garlands, signage, customised cups and more.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FREEZE?

This depends on a few factors. Weather, alcohol ratios and access to the venue. Please allow up to 60 minutes for the machines to slush. On the day of your event we will call you 30 mins prior to arriving. We will arrive 2-3 hours before your event to ensure everything is perfect.

HOW MANY DRINKS DOES IT MAKE?

Each bowl of the machine will make approximately 10 litres of frozen beverage. With a standard serving size of 200ml, you get roughly 50 serves per bowl.

Single bowl machine = approx. 50 x 200ml drinks.

Double bowl machine = approx. 100 x 200ml drinks.

Triple bowl machine = approx. 150 x 200ml drinks.

DOES LOCATION MATTER?

We need access to electricity, and a flat surface. Outside bookings are fine, however we need shelter from the rain, this is for your own safety and protection of the machine. Be sure to pick a cool and shady spot out of direct sunlight to get the most of your slush machine. Please advise us if you are hiring a venue so we with can work with the venue co -ordinator.

IS ALCOHOL INCLUDED?

We do not provide alcohol for cocktails due to licensing.

We will send through a detailed list of recommended alcohol to add to your chosen cocktail.

IS SET UP/PACK UP INCLUDED?

Yes, we will do everything from setting up the bar and slushy machines to the packdown and cleaning. All you need to do is supply the alcohol and have fun.

WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

Our free delivery service covers an area space of 35kms from Helensvale. We will come to you, set up the bar, and set the slushy machines so all you have to do is add your alcohol. If you are further than this, there is an additional charge for transportation. We are more than happy to discuss venue location if you are not within the 35km range.

WHAT WOULD THE ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE BE?

1 x 700mls of Alcohol approx equates to 3 - 3.5% Alcoholic frozen Cocktail

1 x 1 Ltr of Alcohol approx equates to 4 - 4.5% Alcoholic frozen Cocktails.

1.4Ltr of Alcohol approx equates to 4.9 -5.2% Alcoholic frozen cocktails

Please note: Alcohol doesn’t freeze – that’s science! The more alcohol you add to the premix the longer it will take to turn into a frozen beverage. However, if you add more than we have suggested, it may not freeze at all. So, remember to add the right amount and drink responsibly!

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE RUN OUT OF SLUSHY MIX BEFORE THE END OF THE EVENT?

Please do not add your own mix to the cocktail machines. The slushy mix is very specific as it contains sugar that solidifies and makes the contents frozen. It is essential that the ratios are correct as it will damage the machines or possibly not freeze if the ratios are not correct. Please refrain from putting anything in the machines that is not the specific alcohol or you may be liable for damages.

If you are worried you may run out of slushy mix we have additional refills for your machine.This can be organised prior to your event.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE AT THE VENUE WHEN THE EQUIPMENT IS DROPPED OFF?

Yes. We need the documentation signed and to show you how the equipment works.

HIRE TERMS:

$100 non refundable deposit. We do this because booking availability is limited and you have the exclusivity of that day and time.

The balance of your booking payment is due 7 days prior to the event unless paying cash which will need to be paid on the day prior to set up. Please advise which flavours you will require 7 days prior to your event.
